You can cancel a Single-trip Emergency Medical plan at any time before the effective date of coverage.
All other plans may be cancelled within 10 days from the purchase date shown on your confirmation only.
We will provide a refund only if there are no claims in progress and we receive your request to cancel before your departure date. Please refer to the policy for full details.
